Once you know what you qualify for, we can save time and emotional energy by narrowing your search to homes that fit your financial criteria and needs. Homes that are right for you! When we find a match, I will help you make an intelligent, informed offer. Once your offer has been accepted, the next step is open Escrow (A natural, third party company that holds money and documents between parties) and applying for your mortgage. As part of that process, your lender orders a home appraisal in order to make sure the home’s agreed-upon purchase price is in line with what it’s worth. I will also arrange an inspector for an itemized report of potential repairs or problems with the property, go over important documents, help expedite each step of the process and move you to a successful real estate transaction.
The best part is you won’t need to worry about the expense of hiring me as your buyer's agent Because the seller pays the commission for both the seller's and buyer's agents!

I understand the difficulty of buying a home in another county or state and I can help you make your long-distance house hunting a true success. As an Orange County Realtor and resident, I am familiar with the area and its housing market, and can show you the ins and outs of the different cities, get a good idea of the typical price points in various neighborhoods and help you make an informed and wise decision.
Since you may be house hunting from a distance, as your Realtor, I’ll be the one who goes see a place in-person as soon as it comes on the market and determine whether or not it meets your needs. I will take a ‘walk through’ videos for you and will make sure to communicate and answer any questions or concerns.
